What every role here has in common

  • You use AI coding agents daily and know where they're strong and where they aren't.
  • You review what the agent wrote the way you'd review a colleague's pull request.
  • You write things down: requirements, decisions, handovers.
  • You care about the data model and the business logic, not just the screen.
  • You take ownership. When it's live, it's still yours.

Open roles

AI-native Full Stack Developer

You build web and mobile products end to end: data model, APIs, front end and deployment, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting under your direction.

What you'll do

  • Turn written requirements into a plan an agent can execute, then run it.
  • Design schemas and APIs, and build React and Node.js applications on top of them.
  • Review, test and refine agent-generated code before it ships.
  • Deploy to Cloudflare, AWS or the client's platform through pull-request workflows.
  • Write documentation as part of the work, not after it.

What we're looking for

  • Several years building production web applications.
  • Daily, fluent use of an AI coding agent such as Claude Code.
  • Strong TypeScript or JavaScript; Python or PHP is a bonus.
  • Comfortable with relational databases and data modelling.
  • Clear written communication. Much of our work happens in writing.

AI-native Salesforce Developer

You deliver Salesforce implementations, integrations and org consolidations, using agent-driven tooling for metadata, deployments and testing.

What you'll do

  • Build in Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Plan and run chunked, pull-request-gated deployments between orgs.
  • Handle data migration, deduplication and multi-org consolidation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERPs, e-commerce platforms and service desks.
  • Direct AI agents through retrieve, diff, deploy and test cycles, and check their work.

What we're looking for

  • Proven Salesforce development experience; certifications welcome, not required.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce DevOps: SF CLI, metadata, source control.
  • Daily use of AI coding agents in your workflow.
  • A habit of understanding the business process before touching the org.
  • Clear written communication.

ERP and Integrations Engineer

You implement and extend ERPNext and Frappe, and connect ERPs, marketplaces, payment and service-desk systems so data moves without people re-keying it.

What you'll do

  • Implement and customise ERPNext and Frappe for manufacturing, distribution and service businesses.
  • Build integrations with xTuple, NetSuite, Amazon Seller API, payment and accounting systems.
  • Design queue-based, fault-tolerant sync and transaction processing.
  • Use AI agents for scripting, migration and documentation, and verify everything they produce.
  • Support the systems you build after they go live.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with at least one ERP in production; Frappe or ERPNext preferred.
  • Solid Python and SQL.
  • Understanding of accounting, inventory and order workflows.
  • Daily use of AI coding agents.
  • Patience for data: you check the edge cases.

Product Designer

You take products from a conversation to a reviewed prototype: discovery, user stories, flows, interface design and the design system behind it.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery and turn it into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Design data-aware interfaces: you know what the screen is made of.
  • Produce content-first prototypes, then visual designs built on design tokens.
  • Work with engineers and AI agents to get designs built faithfully.
  • Maintain design systems across products.

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of shipped product work, not just visuals.
  • Fluent in Figma; comfortable with design tokens and code-adjacent tooling.
  • Curiosity about data models and business logic.
  • Experience using AI tools in your design process.
  • An eye for detail and a plain way of explaining decisions.
